Paul is a barrister practising in Brisbane and accepts briefs in matters in Queensland and Commonwealth courts. He is regularly briefed in commercial, property, planning, environmental and regulatory disputes, including urgent interlocutory applications, injunctions and appellate work.
He has experience in matters involving land use, development and environmental regulation, as well as regulatory and enforcement matters, and proceedings in the Land Court.

Background
Before being called to the Bar in 2012, Paul practised in litigation at a leading national law firm and held legal roles within Queensland Government departments, including in planning and infrastructure, and environmental portfolios.
He also practised for a number of years in London, including acting for local authorities.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Waikato and a Graduate Diploma in International Law from the Australian National University.
